She explained everything to us very clearly and arranged all of our inspections, as well as giving us options for which companies will do the inspections. She found us a great lender, and gave us different lender options. Escrow closed quickly without any problems, and she facilitated the price negotiation beautifully, we negotiated the price down significantly. Now we have a beautiful country property in Madera with two houses on it! My first experience buying a house had a bad outcome, partially due to bad realtors. This experience was completely different, a breath of fresh air. I recommend to anyone buying or selling a house to use Marlyn as their realtor.
